What do I wear for the class?
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing that will not impede your movement. If you wish to change, bathrooms are available. Ballroom or suede soled jazz shoes can be used. Suede soled shoes allow you to turn easily but will allow you to slow down when pressure is applied. If you do not own ballroom or jazz shoes, a pair of smooth bottomed leather shoes or socks will work in the beginning.
Here is a link for an inexpensive pair of Jazz shoes that will work for your class.
